Our Story
Founded at the Intersection of AI and Enterprise IT
AIWorkforce was founded in 2019 by a team of engineers who had spent years inside hyperscalers and Fortune 500 IT organizations. We saw the same pattern everywhere: enormous potential for AI, and an equally enormous gap in the infrastructure and talent needed to realize it.
We started with three clients and a clear thesis — that AI-native IT services would become the defining competitive advantage of the 2020s. Today, we work with over 320 enterprise clients across 18 countries, managing billions of data points and hundreds of AI models in production.
We're still the same team that obsesses over architecture decisions at midnight. We've just scaled the obsession.
